AGAIN, yes, the BBC articles DO both use the term "Doctor Who Universe". So does the Telos article. However, they all use it very briefly, in passing, and in a totally ambiguous manner. The Legend book NEVER USES IT AT ALL. The only usage of the term, with a clarification of what it actually means, is Haining, and there it means something totally different to the way it is used in this article.
