But this is an article about the '''Doctor Who Universe''', not about anything else. And again, '''The Legend NEVER uses the term Doctor Who Universe'''. The two BBC sources DO use the term, but it is unclear what they are referring to. So all you have is the line that a certain character is "an addition to the Doctor Who universe", and that an author was going to "step into the Doctor Who Universe". You have NOTHING else.
