I'm a bit confused with how the Rift closed exactly. This page says that it closed when Ianto's ghost destroyed a pub that was built on a crack in the Rift, while the Time Field page says that it closed when the Doctor rebooted the universe and closed the cracks in time. Could someone please explain which one it is that canonically closed the Rift?
