:First, the real world law that exists in present day 2014 may not transfer to the DW universe. Second, there are multiple possibilities which she may qualify without breaking that law if, indeed, it does exist in the DW universe. For instance, we have no proof she wasn't born in the United States. She could have been adopted or her parents could have been in the U.S. for some reason when she was born. She could have dual citizenship. Or, by the time she becomes President, that particular requirement for the President could have been amended. It being a joke is also a possibility. You can't definitively say either way and the article needs to reflect that with something closely matching the source material, "the Doctor suggested..." or a quote perhaps.--{{User:Skittles the hog/sig}} 01:44, October 5, 2014 (UTC)
