Mr. Armitage is said to have been the headteacher in July 2013 at the earliest yet the sign in Day of the Doctor (which apparently takes place around September) states that the Headmaster is W. Coburn. Are we to assume that this is a continuity error or is it possible that the sign had simply not been changed from W. Coburn leaving to Mr. Armitage joining? :The letter dated 19 July 2013 is signed by Armitage, explicitly as Head Teacher. I'd say it's just a continuity error. There is no reason to suspect that the sign in ''Day'' is out of date; that's already deep into the realm of speculation. Whoever was ultimately in charge of the production of that letter did not account for ''The Day of the Doctor'' giving us a different headmaster around that time.{{User:SOTO/sig}} 23:03, October 30, 2016 (UTC) |
