Someone has said that the first fully-converted Mondasian Cyberman was Bill Potts, and made it a statement at the start of the article. I was going to edit it, but thought it best to mention on the Talk page so that it can be properly redistributed elsewhere on the page. This is because Bill was not the first fully-converted Mondasian Cyberman, just the first fully-converted Mondasian Cyberman on the ship where the relevant story takes place. Going by the timeline in that episode, and other Doctor Who stories, it is highly likely that there have already been fully-converted Mondasian Cybermen long before Bill Potts.
