:: I am sorry to interject, but I'm afraid I have to defend the user as far as license goes. As much as I agree that the images had to be removed (they were narrower than 420px), I think it is important to note that the user ''tried'' to comply at least with the license policy. It was not done during the upload process, which would have been preferable, but it was done within 2 minutes of the upload, according to the "Deleted user contributions" log. | |||

So far in every image upload, several were violated. And I have to agree that the last 3-day block intended for the user to finally learn these policies did not have the desired effect.
