I think the fact the Daleks are primarily descended from Kaleds makes "Kaled mutant" the standard designation. And there's already the "[[Dalek of human origin]]" page, and even in [[Master of the Daleks (audio story)|one alternate timeline]], the Master was helping convert Draconians and Sontarans and other aliens into Daleks, so the common factor in Daleks seems to be that they're just [[mutation]]s.
