Kaled/Dalek mutant
I think the fact the Daleks are primarily descended from Kaleds makes "Kaled mutant" the standard designation. And there's already the "Dalek of human origin" page, and even in one alternate timeline, the Master was helping convert Draconians and Sontarans and other aliens into Daleks, so the common factor in Daleks seems to be that they're just mutations.
