''[[Genesis of Evil (comic story)|Genesis of Evil]]'' features what we would term the first Kaled mutants, on Skaro, prominently, yet they mutated out of [[Humanoid Dalek|a race already called Daleks]], not the [[Kaled]]s later introduced in ''Genesis of the Daleks''. :"Kaled mutant" is certainly not an ''untenable'' name for this page (we've used it long enough without trouble, after all), but "Dalek mutant" is equally supported by the sources and unlike "Kaled mutant" accurately covers ''all'' we want to be talking about on this page, rather than merely "most of it".
