Eh. It's not trivial that the commodity form is necessary for capitalism. Hence why most economists have a completely different notion of "commodity". The SEP defines capitalism in their article on socialism and only references commodities in passing as a hypothetical. Is there a source in universe for the juxtaposition with feudalism and communism?
(Lol that definition was a bit weird, yeah. That strangest thing was it was a 100% accurate defintion... just so out of place on a DW wiki. Anyway, fixed typo and added in refs for Feudalism and Communism.)
