Ostensibly the son of [[Mena]], he was in fact a [[clone]] created in the Argolins' [[Tachyon Recreation Generator]]. He wanted to lead Argolis into war and conquest, contrary to the ethics of his [[pacifist]] people who were the sole survivors of a short war which had irradiated their planet and made them sterile, and so tried to create a new army by duplicating himself in the TRG. However, he only ended up creating short-lived duplicates of the [[Fourth Doctor]], who was hiding in the generator at the time. The TRG was then used to rejuvenate Pangol back to a baby.
