The Doctor, however, seemingly in a change of heart, says that he is locking the wormhole, believing that Symbios deserves to live and that the Earth can fall to the Terravores and when he is resisted by the others, the Locus-controlled [[Evelyn Smythe|Evelyn]] appears behind them with a weapon, ready to kill those who disagree with the terms.
