Axton: Difference between revisions

The fact that it's the War Doctor is only inferable by context. The fact that Leela is a past companion of the Doctor is relevant to explain why the Doctor wants Axton to give Leela the Wayfinder. And I can point you to a policy that explicitly says "go no further than the source tells you", T:VS. And the presentation of an article is entirely subjective, so a rather hard thing to base an argument on.
(Being "fairly sure" is not conclusive counter argument. As an editor of ten years, I am absolutely certain that over citing is damaging the presentation, especially when the additional information is displayed in the the webcast (the Dr during the lasty day was War) or not needed for the character (does it matter to Axton if Leela was a former companion?))

As the [[Dalek]]s invaded his home planet of [[Gallifrey]] in the [[final days of the Time War]], Axton was instructed by the [[War Doctor]] to present [[Leela]] with a [[Wayfinder]], letting her escape from the Time War.
