Ah. Okay. I assume you're on desktop/laptop? I don't use mobile, can't comment on how to do it for that. Firstly, there's three dots near the search bar. You need to hover over them and then scroll down to "upload file". Like [https://imgur.com/a/d8OocH6 so]. Click on "upload file" and you'll get a page like [https://imgur.com/a/XJX0uSS this]. Click "choose file". It'll open a new window where you have to navigate to the file on your computer's file system. (Or, if you have it on your desktop, you can just drag it into the opened window and it will snap to the appropriate place.) You then have to give it a decent name that accurately represents the file and a license from the drop down list. (There's a bunch, you'll figure out which one works best.)
