it seems fairly clear that the pandorica is empty and then the doctor is put in there, from what we have seen, but what we need to ask is who built it. It seems unlikely that any of the aliens that have been comfirmed to appear, as they would lack the ability to create some thing so powerful, well maybe the daleks, but it's not their style to lock some one up, they preffer to kill. I think the time lords could build it but i don't see why they would want to.
