Unless there's actually something in the game that references the events of the yet-to-be-telecast season 5 finale, it's highly doubtful it takes place after The Big Bang. All the advance publicity says it takes place after the events of Victory of the Daleks, so that's what should be indicated, barring any direct reference to suggest otherwise. (I wouldn't know - outside the UK we aren't being allowed to see the game).
