Also, if Skaro was made inaccessible because the "entire war was time locked" than the First Doctor should not have been able to visit there in the original Daleks storyline. And stories like Deadly Assassin and The Five Doctors should not have occurred, either. Remembering that the BBC HAS NEVER issued a firm rule on canon, then anything officially licensed by the BBC (and/or spinoff works licensed from creators) can be considered canon. That's the viewpoint of this Wiki. I can't recall if it was a novel or a Big Finish audio, but it has been established in a spin-off work that Skaro wasn't really destroyed in Remembrance. That's why the Seventh Doctor was able to go there later to get the Master's remains for the TV movie, and why Eleven is able to go there in this game. Also, if you only take TV episodes as canon, there is no reference in any episode to SKARO being time-locked, only the Time War and Gallifrey. That's sort of like saying a Time Lock is in place around the battlefields of World War I: that would include Germany and other combatants in Europe like Britain, but the US and Canada wouldn't be included.
