Simple solution to work out who dies: Comapre the synopis's of eps 1&2 and ep 3. Say Rory wasn't featured in the DOTM (ep 2) synopsis but is in the COBS (ep 3) synopsis then either he doesn't have a big role in DOTM, or he dies in TIA and is ressurected in DOTM. If he appears the COBS synopsis then he definately survies the events of the two parter. | |||
The above formula works out for all three of the current Tardis Crew, however, it's not as easy for River Song. If she dies in TIA then she must be met in a different point in time in AGMGTW (ep 7) or she has been ressurected (once again). | |||
The easiest way to work all of this out would be to use the evidence in the trailers, which confirm that The Doctor, Amy and Rory all appear in COBS but not River. HA! | |||
