I'm removing it from the cyborgs category. Cyborgs and robots are not the same thing. Cybermats are robots - they aren't a melding of human and machine (a cyborg) as the Cybermen are. Actually, I think a cyborg is anything that is a comprised of a mixture of both organic and inorganic material, which would make bitey a cyborg.  A cyborg doesn't have to be human, otherwise Daleks wouldn't be classified as human.
