Stephen Farrer

Dr Stephen Farrer was trained in nano-surgery. He was in charge of C-Programme at St Gart's Bankside Hospital in 2021. He used the almost dead patients from Accident and Emergency to feed the organ banks for the programme. He was killed when he tried to shut down C-Programme, but the converted humans shot him to protect it. (AUDIO: The Harvest)
