Sylvie was a member of the elite. She was angry that the Cybermen didn't select her and moaned at Bernice Summerfield. She chastised Benny for her driving. She knew the chancellor and threaten to tell the Cybermen to him.[statement unclear] She wanted to leave Berlin. She was more concerned about her car and possessions rather than her safety.
