Cyber-Lord naming[[edit source]]
How come you call this Cyber-Leader a Cyber-Lord? Kevin 'Chalky' Kaiba ☎ 20:43, March 18, 2016 (UTC)
- Echoing the above 8 year(!) old comment, what is the original source for this variant being a 'Cyber-Lord'? There is no mention of this title in the episode, the script, the credits, the confidential episode, nor in any subsequent televised or non-televised appearance of similar looking cyberleaders. Granted this title is in common use by fans but this wiki provides no source for it and may even be the root cause of this misnomer. InvoluntaryRedundancy ☎ 22:11, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- I'll also echo the above. I checked the page for Cyber-Lord and that's also lacking in any information/sources. FractalDoctor ☎ 22:17, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- The closest I've found is on the Talk page for the one in "Blood of the Cybermen" but that one is simply referred to as "Lord" (no "Cyber-"). Nowhere else (that I can find) uses the term "Cyber-Lord" in any capacity? FractalDoctor ☎ 22:19, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- Perhaps then this page should be re-titled 'Cyber-Leader (The Next Doctor)' and 'Cyber-Lord (The Next Doctor)' kept as a redirect? Although this would also mean the majority of information from the Cyber-Lord page would have to be subsumed into the Cyber-Leader page, leaving only the Other References section... a lot of work to reverse 15 years of confusion InvoluntaryRedundancy ☎ 21:32, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
