Art Lovers[[edit source]]
I just realised we have a page for "Art Lovers"... (It should be "Art lovers" but all the same...) What to do? I think it would be better for the two to have separate pages, as they are two, distinct people. Thoughts?

- There is precedent for keeping them together. They only appear together in the same story in a brief scene. See Forum:John and Gillian and Forum:Split John and Gillian. I'm curious why you think these two deserve a page each when you want to merge Gavin (Twin Piques) (I) and Gavin (Twin Piques) (II)? Shambala108 ☎ 00:47, March 26, 2013 (UTC)
- Individual screen-portrayed characters should have their own pages when possible; that works best for the wiki's actor credits, etc. I found a way to compromise for these; the Art lovers page now leads the reader to two separate pages; this one and another for the lady. — Rob T Firefly - Δ∇ - 23:06, March 3, 2014 (UTC)
- Rob T Firefly makes a good argument. Do we have any on screen characters who have a joint article?
- Otherwise I'm inclined to keep these two pages separate as they are separate actors portraying them. --Tangerineduel / talk 15:56, June 29, 2019 (UTC)
- There are actually quite a lot. I don't have time at the moment to hunt some down for you, but I've noticed them here and there. Shambala108 ☎ 17:09, June 29, 2019 (UTC)

Bullies (Small Worlds) immediately comes to mind.

- Also Children (Closing Time) and Children (The Eleventh Hour). I don't a preference over using the double page or split the pages; my objection is that these one-off characters have their own pages as well as the combined page. It seems like overkill. The problem is, they each have an actor, but they're credited as "Art gallery visitors", not even as "art lovers". Shambala108 ☎ 00:00, June 30, 2019 (UTC)
