Pronunciation of first name[[edit source]]
When I encountered it, the article said in its BTS note that the character's first name was "pronounced as Arkle". That's not very clear, as those letters form a word that can be pronounced at least two ways. It would be more helpful to readers if we abandoned the attempt to give a possible spelling and instead went for a greater use of phonetics.

- I'd be happy to provide a more phonetical spelling but I don't see the other pronunciation of Arkle. Let me try to record how it's pronounced. I hear "ɑːkl". I'd be happy if a better spelling is suggested. I just can't think of one. I found both Arkle and Arckle used as proper names, but not as first names: cf. Arkle and [1].
