He talks to Evelyn that his mother always wanted a boy after having four girls, and shouted "Justice! At last!", before passing out. So that became his name. His honorific is "Governor", so his name is Governor Justice Rossiter (ep. 4 part 6). Sutekh'sGift∩Talk? 02:30, May 7, 2018 (BST)
