Capitalisation

I'm not sure we should be capitalising the title like this. It trips up the "no shouting" filter, for one thing (unless you use the {{uc:uc trick}}, but for another, we've long taken all-caps titles (especially in prose or comics) to be mere stylisations of a regular title-case story name.

Yes, I agree. Policy (I don't recall if it's explicit but if it isn't it T:BOUNDed) is to treat capitalisation as stylisation and that applies here too.
