Talk:Strax Saves the Day (webcast)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Validity[[edit source]]

As documented at Thread:269368#6, an article in Doctor Who Magazine has Dan Starkey (main actor and de-facto director of the webcast) stating that the webcast is "canonically in the Doctor Who universe", which, silly story or not, seems like one of the strongest Rule 4 statements in DW history. --Scrooge MacDuck 12:15, April 30, 2020 (UTC)

So, it exists in a meta-fiction parallel universe that exists within the DWU, such as the universe of The Terror of the Umpty Ums or The Girl Who Loved Doctor Who? TheDarkBomber -- Talk Page 12:30, April 30, 2020 (UTC)
There is no confirmation that The Terror of the Umpty Ums doesn't take place in the proper DWU — and I see especially no reason for Strax Saves the Day not to take place in N-Space. There's a Doctor Who TV series in the Doctor's universe, you know. --Scrooge MacDuck 12:33, April 30, 2020 (UTC)

Pity this story is stuck in validty limbo, two years on. :( 14:07, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
Yeah too bad. Shambala108 16:24, 6 December 2022 (UTC)

This has been explicitly said by the director to be in the DWU. So it doesn’t even need discussion. It just needs an admin to remove the invalid tags. 81.106.187.1talk to me 10:49, 10 April 2023 (UTC)
