Was it actually stated that they're from our galaxy?

Under the Lake[[edit source]]
I see some back and forth between whether or not to include the events of Under the Lake. We're all fully aware that the planet did not appear but one of its inhabitants did. We should at least mention it as such:
- "Prentis, a native of the planet Tivoli, appeared as a ghost entity upon the..."
I can't be bothered to finish it but you get my point. Just because the planet itself didn't appear, it doesn't mean we don't mention that one of its people did. TheFartyDoctor Talk 13:24, October 5, 2015 (UTC)
