I disagree with the proposed merge - although some accounts may suggest him to be the same person as the Fourth Doctor, I very much doubt that was the intent of all references to him. Cookieboy 2005 ☎ 23:23, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
- I agree, and the part in Bafflement and Devotion is very meta-fictional and not entirely literal. Even if this page does not convey that nuance well. It's hard to talk abour heavy meta-fiction from an in-universe perspective. 01:50, 29 April 2024 (UTC)
