Tarlishia was a planet visited by the Ninth Doctor and Nova while they were trying to determine why Audrey Mohinson was abusing time eddies. It was quite advanced and was enclosed in a forcefield that gave it a shimmering sky and pleasant scent.
The planet was ruled by a president who met several times with Audrey attempting to stop the threat of the Ravagers, which was the true reason behind the forcefield. (AUDIO: Cataclysm) However, their efforts failed, and within five years, the president was dead and the planet needed to be mass-evacuated as a result. (AUDIO: Food Fight)
