A taxi driver was active in London in March 2005.

Late on 4 March 2005, they honked their taxi's horn at Rose Tyler and told her to "watch it" as she ran across the road to get a better look at Henrik's as it exploded. Their taxi had the number plate "P854 SJD".
The next day, they drove past a food shop at Queen's Arcade (TV: Rose) during an event codenamed by UNIT as "Operation Mannequin", (PROSE: Operation Mannequin) but were blocked off by stopped vehicles, and exited the cab. (TV: Rose)
