In one of the infinite parallel universes of "possible space", (COMIC: Fire and Brimstone) the Thals also made war with the Kaleds on a planet called Skaro until they had reduced it to an irradiated wasteland.
After The Doctor discovered the Kaled Davros's plans to create the Daleks and denounced him to the Kaled High Council, Davros leaked the location of the Kaled bunker to the surviving Thals, leading to it being bombed into oblivion. Free to carry on with his experiments, Davros soon finished a first batch of Daleks who attacked the Thals with devastating force. (PROSE: The Chronicles of Doctor Who?)
