The Chinatowns were a group of Districts in the City of the Saved each ruled by individual Chinese Emperors and Chairmen. Mao Tse-Tung, Kublai Khan, and Guang Xu all ruled Districts in the Chinatowns. Wong collected teas from every District in the Chinatowns. (PROSE: The Night is Long, and Dreams Are Legion)
