The Home Store was a Doctor Who Adventures comic strip published in 2012.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams emerge from the cupboard under the stairs of the Harvey household. Bella opens the door to let their cat Sedgwick in, only to discover her house and others from her street have been moved to the shelves of an alien world called Burnusta. They are being sold as collectables.

The Doctor, having nipped out and changed the price of the house, ensures it is soon chosen and taken to the tills. While Luke and Bella create a distraction in the garden with a game of swingball, the Doctor puts his sonic screwdriver to good use on the till by accessing the stock records and marking all the houses down as defective. All the defective stock is returned to where it came from.

Back on Earth, the Doctor leaves the Harvey family assured that the company stealing the households has been hit by their lack of stock, which will cost them a fortune and bankrupt them in hours.
