Ashad's Cyberfighter
A Cyberfighter was operated by the Lone Cyberman, Ashad, and his two Cyberguards in the immediate aftermath of the Cyber-Wars.
After time hopping to 1816, the Cyberman transmitted his signal back to his ship, creating a tear in reality which threatened to destroy the Earth of that time. He stopped when he was given the Cyberium by the Thirteenth Doctor, proceeding to return to his future time period. (TV: The Haunting of Villa Diodati)
After the Cyberium led Ashad to an abandoned Cybercarrier containing hundreds of thousands of Cyber-Warriors, Ashad landed the fighter onboard and abandoned use of it in favour of the larger carrier and its army. The fighter was destroyed when the Cybercarrier was blown up by the Thirteenth Doctor and her human friends. (TV: Ascension of the Cybermen, The Timeless Children)
