Sage of Sardner

(Redirected from The Sage of Sardner)

Sage of Sardner was the supposedly the wisest person in the Unbound Universe. He wanted to take books from the Library for safe keeping. When he tried to leave the Library, he made the mistake of trying to make a deal with the Kareem to give him safe passage to escape. Unfortunately, the way he spoke to them indicated to them that he was knowledgeable, and he often dropped little insults their way which only antagonised them even more.

Matters turned even worse when the Sage was searched, and a book that was a part of the Library parasite was found on his person. The Sage tried to talk his way out of it, but it was too late - the book was torn up and he was forced to eat the pages by the Kareem chief who stuffed them down his throat.
