Thruster packs were thruster units used by individuals for maneuvering in space. They were utilised by the World Space Patrol in the 2060s.
In January 2065, Steve Zodiac wore a thruster pack to travel from Fireball XL5 to an adrift space freighter in order to investigate. Later, after Steve had been put into a "frozen sleep" and thrown from the freighter by the Batmen, Doctor Venus and Professor Matic donned thruster packs to retrieve his body. (COMIC: The Batmen)
