The Time Lord Immemorial was a legend of the Time Lords.
He rested in a place where all of time passed through. He took the Ninth Doctor and the Lumiat during their degeneration crisis, and showed them their lives. He later showed them the hourglasses that denoted the length of the universes.
His servants told the Doctor and Liv Chenka that the sands of time had been stolen from him. He was summoned by the the Doctor, his alternate self, the Lumiat and Liv, where he asked his help to stop the collision. (AUDIO: Time Lord Immemorial)
