Toby was a young man who frequently met with his lover, Peter Evans, at Sydney Seaside Lodgings.
Toby encountered Erimem, Helena, and Ibrahim Hadmani when they visited the lodgings in December 1979. Shortly afterwards, Charlotte Sydney channeled her alien parasite into draining Toby of all his energies, reducing him to a dead husk. (PROSE: Serpent's Child)
