Togo Igawa (born 26 September 1946[1]) played Dr Tanizaki in the Torchwood television story Cyberwoman, and the Secretary General of the United Nations in the Doctor Who television story The Pyramid at the End of the World.

He is iconically known for originating the role of Hiro in Thomas & Friends, and has also appeared in films such as Revolver, Memoirs of a Geisha, Eyes Wide Shut and The Last Samurai.
