Biography[[edit] | edit source]

When a 5,000-year-old pyramid appeared overnight in the middle of a war zone in Turmezistan, the UN Secretary General arrived in Bristol accompanied with UN soldiers to see Bill Potts at her flat. Bill was driven with the Secretary General as he explained the source of the crisis. They arrived at the airport and boarded a plane. The Doctor's TARDIS was already aboard. Secretary General was glad to meet the Twelfth Doctor.

As they arrived at Turmezistan, Secretary General, Colonel Don Brabbit, the Doctor, Bill and Nardole appoached the barrier in front of the pyramid. His watch was set to 23:57, as well as all clocks on Earth. Secretary General called Xiaolian and Ilya Svyatoslavovich, who led the Chinese and Russian army respectively, from the TARDIS to get their coordinates. He was present on the meeting with the heads of the three armies in the UN base. After the coordinated attack failed, Secretary General was among the people who entered the pyramid for negotiations. They all were shown what would happen if they refuse to submit to the Monks. Not willing to make that real, Secretary General asked the Monks for help. He was killed by the Monks since he acted of fear and not consent. (TV: The Pyramid at the End of the World)
