First Citizen Togrok was a leading figure on Baralda.
Katarina described his appearance as "half man, half beast".
In an alternate timeline, the Daleks attacked the planet with the Time Destructor. Togrok contacted Chancellor Atrias on the neighbouring planet Urbinia and appealed for aid but the Dalek Fleet activated the Time Destructor and he aged to death. His body turned to dust, as did the whole of Baralda.
At the end of the ensuing Harvest of Urbinia, the Second Doctor averted the change in the timeline by ensuring his previous incarnation arrived on Kembel to prevent the Time Destructor's completion. (AUDIO: Daughter of the Gods)
