Trave (Celestial Intervention)
An incarnation of Trave was a Time Lord general and a member of the War Council.

Trave was secretive of the War Council's activities and, when ordered by Livia to give the Celestial Intervention Agency information on all of their facilities on Gallifrey, he kept Project Revenant from them. He was suspicious of the Warpwrights when they sought refuge on Gallifrey, but voted to grant them asylum when Valerian suggested that it could work against Livia. Trave and Livia eventually explained Project Revenant to Romana II, Leela and Narvin when they infiltrated the Death Zone facility. (AUDIO: Celestial Intervention)
Trave and Livia worked together to install Valerian as the President of the High Council. Whilst Valerian was being inaugurated, Trave had Karla on a mission to the Revenant station where she sacrificed her life to resurrect Rassilon to serve as President Eternal. (AUDIO: Desperate Measures)
Some time after Rassilon's resurrection, Trave met a future incarnation of himself who told him about how disastrous the Time War would be. Trave came to regret helping to resurrect Rassilon and abstained from the vote on the creation of the Interior Defence Unit, later joining Romana and Livia in suggesting that they serve on an advisory board. When the identity of his future self became known, Trave was executed at Pandak Square, his silence ensured when Mantus threatened to kill his husband, children and grandchildren. (AUDIO: Havoc)
