Trudy Topham was a resident at the Mercy Hill Care Home. She lived in Cardiff all her life.
Alexander Martin tutted at Trudy who was talking to herself while standing in the middle of a rhododendron bush. He thought to himself "Someone would fetch her back inside just as soon as they could be bothered".
Jack Harkness noticed Trudy, still in the bush, while talking to Alexander. Alexander followed his gaze, and joked that she was probably one of Jack's ex-girlfriends.
Alexander described Trudy as being "mad as a hatter and likely to whip her nightie off at the least provocation". (PROSE: The House That Jack Built)
