In an alternate universe, the Universal Concordat on Peaceful Co-existence was upheld by the Ogron Confederation of Planets, who were the dominant power of their reality. Passing into a gate through the Void to N-Space, an Ogron fleet attacked the forces of the warring Quarks and the Kroton Imperium in an effort to cease hostilities between what they saw as "lesser-evolved species", which violated multiple articles of the Universal Concordat on Peaceful Co-existence, via the use of deadly force.
