Hia, I'm Blubbin and I'm a founder and Overseer of the Independent Fallout Wiki. I've been a Doctor Who fan since the start of the revival in 2005, with my parents getting me into it as a kid. I've been a big fan ever since, and recently have gotten fellow Independent Fallout Wiki overseer Kate Aces into it. Seen everything since 2005, Torchwood and Sarah Jane included (except Class). I've also seen a smattering of classic episodes, but I'm currently working through more of it now.
In my free time I enjoy editing/reading wikis, making sure everyone has a good time in the community spaces, and bullying Rurin.
