Vitellius was a servant of Alexander Helios. He was secretly working for Cleopatra Selene. Once the Rani revealed she had been impersonating Selene for some time, and had no further use for Vitellius, she injected him with a poison that changed him into a rubber plant. (PROSE: State of Change)
