Cleopatra Selene was one of the children of Mark Antony and Cleopatra in the Alternate Rome universe created by Iam. She ruled the Dominion with her siblings.
The First Rani kidnapped her and held her in her TARDIS. She used Selene's morphic print to impersonate her. The Sixth Doctor freed her. (PROSE: State of Change)
