Wilson Fubbles was a reader of the conspiracy website Doctor Who?.

In 1981, Wilson found himself standing next to the Ninth Doctor during the wedding of Charles and Di, outside St Paul's. The Doctor muttered about how the wedding would not last, but was more successful than Charles's next wedding.
