Woman (The Assassination Threat)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

In 2066, a woman living in Paris was repeatedly disturbed by the escapades of Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward.

They first met when Lady Penelope swung from the guttering of her building and into her bedroom, smashing the window in the process. This was because Penelope had slipped and fallen while pursuing the Bereznik agent Hermutt Clinger across various rooftops. After getting to her feet unhurt, Penelope wished the woman a good evening, apoligised for disturbing her and promised to send someone round to fix the window. She then left the woman, who was tucked up in her bed and never spoke a word, with an expression of shock on her face. They met for a second time when Lady Penelope, as well as Parker and Roger Lyon, needed a way to escape from Clinger's hideout without drawing the attention of the French police after foiling his assassination plot. On this occasion, Penelope merely greeted her and expressed the hope that she didn't mind the trio "dropping in" like that. (COMIC: The Assassination Threat)
